I was diagnosed with Scleroderma in 1981 at U.A.B. in
Birmingham, Alabama. This is a very rare disorder although
there are many affected with it. So many people do not even
know what it is. I had never heard of it until I was
diagnosed with it myself. I decided that it was time to let
the people who suffer with these disorders tell their own
personal experience living with it on a daily basis. We need
to tell our stories so the public can become more educated
about them.If you have been diagnosed recently with a
Connective Tissue Disease...I do hope that these stories will
help you in some small way. If nothing else...it will help you
to see that you are not "ALONE".
