Roswell Alien Autopsy Tent Footage Faked
Secret footage of an alien autopsy has been exposed as a fake made by two men in a Bedfordshire barn. The 30-second film was hailed as new evidence that an alien crash-landed in America in 1947. But its makers have now revealed their alien's head was a wig holder, its innards came from a chicken and the man on the video identified as president Harry S Trueman was a local butcher.Milton Keynes-based karaoke video producers Keith Bateman and Andy Price-Watts said they made the hoax film five years ago, pretending it was shot in a tent after the infamous Roswell UFO crash in New Mexico. "We could hardly stop ourselves laughing as we shot the video," said Andy, whose 12-year-old son played the alien. "We used a video camera on a tripod and kept jogging it to give the impression it was being held. The strange camera angles added to the veracity of the film."
They then edited the film, processed it in black and white, added "scratches" to make it look old and for added authenticity added a security coding. They claim they were paid to keep quiet about the footage while another film was touring media studios.
