THE NEW SUBSTANCE CONDITION was discovered which is characterized with the nonstoichiometric nature of the composition. Qualitative and structural nature of these substances can not be explained from the point of view of chemical laws which are known nowadays. The substance in this condition may radiate the time-changing magnetic flux;
- THE NEW CLASS OF MATERIALS was discovered uniting the mentioned substances in the new condition. Owing to the new composition they possess a wide range of new qualities: they can generate electric power or have a possibility to generate the low-temperature-plasma which is easy to get under the usual productive procedures. They can also become the ground to create superconductors working in positive low temperatures. Some of them can have several of the mentioned qualities at once;
- THE SPECIAL SELECTIVE ELECTROCHEMICAL PROCESS was discovered. This allows to produce the new class of materials from a number of oxide melts. We called that influence on conventional materials as “DEPLETION PROCESS”.
As a result of such processing the electrons from oxide melts come off the outer orbits or get removed which provides for forming the unusual structures with a line of absolutely new qualities;
- THE MAGNETIC CHARGE WAS EXPERIMENTALLY DISCOVERED
This was theoretically forecasted by several scientists earlier – in 1931. It was believed it could be a magnetic monopole - some magnetic particle with a micro-charge.
We discovered and experimentally proved with 100 per cent recurrence rate that not a particle but the substance in the new condition had that quality, i.e. the entire environment and the generally organized structures in it;
- THE NEW ENERGY SOURCE was discovered. The materials (entire environment) having the magnetic charge are the new energy source. Radiating the magnetic flux, they create the electromotive force in conductors, to be more precise – in the conductive circuit. Such materials together with those circuits make up the new physical current source. We called that current source contrary to the chemically received current source. The power of the physical current is replenished owing to the power of the natural force fields of the Earth. Therefore, the source does not require the traditional hydrocarbon, nuclear energy carriers or the power of the Sun, wind and the like. It can work under any climate conditions. Such a source can be manufactured in the form of the autonomous device of the household or industrial purpose, producing free electric power.
A little bit of explanation. The substance in the NEW CONDITION, like any other one is in the natural force fields of the Earth (electric, magnetic, temperature – exterior towards the substance). But unlike conventional substances this one has the magnetic charge. It can change its shape, kind and type of the fields surrounding it. For example, the directional magnetic field of the Earth can be accumulated to the distributed magnetic field which possesses power like any other field. That is why these new materials are capable of replenishing their power from the environment which is different from the conventional substances around us. We proved that mechanism experimentally: the substance which produced the 300 volt current was working on the level of 300 volts again after the 4-hour disconnection. The substance restored its “voltage” because it took the power from the natural fields of the Earth around it.
Thus the discovered phenomenon does not break the law about energy conservation. This energy is not taken from “nowhere” and does not go “nowhere” either. It only changes its shape. The substance becomes the source of the electromotive force for a long period in any conductor introduced in the space of that substance. This substance has a transitional, I would like to emphasize it – the non-standard magnetic field.
For a start we plan to produce autonomous devices on the ground of the new substance condition – the 3 kilowatt current source;
- METHOD TO GENERATE THE LOW-TEMPERATURE PLASMA was discovered. On the ground of the “depletion process” we derived the substances capable of generating the low-temperature plasma of the charged particles. They carry the charge of one character and that is why it is real to produce the SUPERCONDUCTROR on the ground of the new plasma generating devices.
This will allow to create the new movers for aircrafts for example, including the so-called "unsupported” movement like UFO has.
